This is the story of Peter, a naughty rabbit who didn't listen to his mother, and nearly got caught in the garden by the farmer. The feel of the chase between the rabbit and farmer could be used in a sequencing/predicting activity. Many times Peter feels sad and cries, which can lead to discussions on feelings. Another moral of the story is to listen to your mother and that actions have consequences.
