it was amazing

one of the most unique writers of science fiction (or any genre for that matter) who also happened to be jfk's ambassador to china. highly imaginative stories and future situations in related a way that can only be described as poetic and yet surprisingly readable. best of all are his titles: scanners live in vain, golden the ship was oh oh oh, the dead lady of clown town, think blue count two, mother hitton's littul kittons... died a little early just when he was starting to delve into longer works unfortunately, but sometimes less is more.
