Really an excellent book. I am shocked how little I had thought about heaven.

Here's the only rub: the idea that the Church's function is to help redeem the culture can be taken way too far in both liberal and conservative directions. I am not going to tell you I am an expert on "the New Perspective on Paul", but I have serious concerns about any doctrine that is only 30 years old. It is easy to see how Wright's views on justification are scattered throughout the book.

So, it was excellent, but do a little research on the New Perspective before you read it.
