A Map of Kex's Face

In the beginning, I had difficulty following the storyline. Then I realized it is being told by someone suffering from mental illness. The prose is beautiful and thought provoking. This is a story that one must stay focused on (no skimming), otherwise one can easily lose its meaning; keeping in mind that the meaning of a mad man is not that of the reader. I'm glad I read this. I think I'll re-read in the future and see what I grasp from it then. (I received a free pdf copy via Library Thing Early Reviewers)
