really liked it

** spoiler alert ** A series of vignettes from Carol Burnett's extraordinary career, from her hilarious off-broadway parody "I Made a Fool of Myself Over John Foster Dulles" that earned her a slot on The Ed Sullivan Show, to her wildly successful and hilarious variety show in the 60's & 70's. The stories are in no particular order and stem from the questions she's received from fans over the years--questions that have been asked so often that she finally decided to write the answers down. Very entertaining and witty, it will bring you back in time to an era when TV was actually funny. (And boy, I didn't know Bob Mackie had such a great sense of humor. Starlett O'Hara's brass drapery rod was HIS idea!)
