This is a beautiful book. If you have any interest in mindfulness or finding peace in the small moments of life, this is a book for you. I assign it to my students to help them appreciate the quiet moments in life and they typically report positive change. I found that it is best read in small doses - each chapter is 2-4 pages and one chapter a day was a good way for me to focus on what I read that day. I would strongly recommend it to anyone.
