What a great collaborative work by three talented ladies! I just loved how these three love stories intertwined.

In Terri Osburn's first off-island effort, a forbidden sort of romance based on secret old crushes comes back to life in "Love Me Cowboy." Claire's best friend's little brother was the star of her real life dreams for one night years ago. When Claire did the walk of shame, sneaking from his bed in the early morning hours, she never thought she'd have to be so close to him again. Now, rodeo star Tyler finally gets the chance to prove to Claire that his feelings are...and always have been...real. It's a super sweet friends to lovers romance made all the sweeter because both lovers are just so darn likeable.

Georgia Hightower was the poor girl of the friendly trio, and she's always felt just a bit...less than her two best friends. Even though she moved on from Scarlett Falls and moved up in the world to become a model and college volleyball star, she's never been able to rid herself of her own feelings of inadequacy. So when she comes back to town for the first time in years to attend her bestie's wedding, the last thing she wants to do is fall in love with the town veterinarian. But Reed sees more in Georgia than she's ever been able to see in herself. Not only does he see her worth, he also makes her feel it for the first time in her life. Now how is she supposed to walk away from that? Find out in Liz Talley's "Kiss Me, Cowboy."

Kim Law made my heart go pitter pat in the final 'episode' of this holiday treat in "Marry Me, Cowboy." Mary Catherine is days away from marrying the man that should be her dreams. Too bad her heart is still in love with the one that got away, town bad boy Jax. When she finds out that the man she used to think was perfect for her (before life got in the way) only got better with time, will she also find out that it's too late to follow her heart?

I loved how there were moments of time that each book touched on while these three girlfriends caught up with each other. The midnight rendezvous by the river was especially poignant, as it seemed to be a big turning point for them all. This was a fantastic trio of authors to get together. Each has a unique voice to add to the story, and their characters really benefited from their own brand of cowboy!
