Ann's Reviews > Personal History

The dramas of her life and many public names and newsworthy incidents made it an interesting read. I especially liked the chapter on Watergate and the role her newspaper played in it. It clarified some confusions for me. The confrontations with the typesetter's union was another eye opener. It didn't hurt that she'd been a journalist before she became a mogul. The writing earned her a Pulitzer prize.
