Teacher Rounds: A Guide to Collaborative Learning in and from Practice
This resource provides a very clear process for structuring peer observations in classrooms. It is very practical, speaking to both the craft and heart of teaching. There are many examples of teacher round inquiries at both the secondary and elementary level, although the author seems to have more experience with the former than the latter. I plan on using many of the ideas from this resource this year, to provide my teachers with the opportunity to observe their colleagues in action and cultivate a culture of inquiry.
