When Kimmy splits up with her boyfriend just before her Christmas- her best friend calls round and says that her brother has kicked her out of his home aswell. They both need to find somewhere to live THAT DAY! After enquiring in an Estate Agents- they find a house sitters job advertised to look after Mistletoe Mansion whilst it is being sold. Previous house sitters have left in a hurry- but the agent isn't revealing just how desperate she is for someone to take the job.

When they settle in- strange things happen, cold winds, music playing, faces at the window of one of the locked rooms. When people call to view the property previously clean rooms suddenly become disaster areas. Just what weren't they told about this house?

Luke is a handyman who looks after the maintenance and the garden- but they are not sure about him initially. But Kimmy soon falls for his hidden charms!

Kimmy finds out that she lives next door to a famous golfer and his publicity hungry wife and is thrilled to be invited round to cater for a 'Wags' get together. She wants to run her own catering business and is desperate to build some contacts.

Lots of romance, fun and a bit of spooky events combine to make a really lovely read.

Many thanks to the wonderful publisher Carina Uk and Net Galley for the chance to read this one.
