This is pretty much a typical NA book where the main protagonists are in despair and they find this person who makes everything better. Throw in a little twist and some more drama and that's pretty much it. Though I'm not saying this as a bad thing. I will admit that a lot of this book is pretty cliche, but the writing was engrossing, and there were some intriguing details that I've never seen before. And I think those little details and Brooklyn Skye's talent makes all the difference. I didn't love it as much as her other novel, Fragile Line, but it was still a pretty good all the same - the kind that you try to sneak in even when you're working. I personally like how there was some drama, but there were a lot of lighter sides that made me laugh and smile. Krister and Cam were fun and relatable charcters, and I also loved the people in Krister's life - best friend, family, mentor.
