Chip and Dan Heath provide memorable, solid examples to teach you step by step how to bring about change, small are large, either in your personal or professional life. The stories are inspiring and you cannot complete this book without believing that even the largest changes you can imagine are totally possible.

Of local interest, Dan Heath lives in Raleigh and teaches at Duke. Some of the examples sounded like they could have come from Predictably Irrational written by one of his fellow faculty members at Duke, although that work is not cited in this one.
