Recommended for: EVERYONE!

Gabriel Garcia Marquez is one of the most amazing authors I have ever read. He so fluidly describes life in South America, and brings fantasy into everyday life so seamlessly. His many characters all somehow manage to make a lasting impression. Marquez's themes are relevant to everyone, whether they live in a small town like Macondo, or a metropolis like New York City.
