This version had several Neil Gaiman's Batman stories in one volume.

Whatever Happened to the Caped Crusader? - I thought this would be better, but the artwork was great. In particular, I enjoyed seeing the different villain's vehicles (especially Two Face's). They definitely revealed their owner's personality. I thought Albert's tale was the best - and the ending was different enough - and set up the re-numbering of future Batman comics.

A Black and White World - Hilarious "behind-the-comics" view of Batman and Joker in the "Green Room" of the graphic novel. Very clever.

Pavane - I had to look up what Pavane was (a slow, processional 16th century dance). Other than that, an intriguing back story for Poison Ivy. Took me awhile to understand the ending, but sometimes, I'm slow.

Original Sins - Mostly, a warning and a setup for the next graphic novel, When Is A Door. I liked this one a lot - especially the ending! And E.Nigma's story and artwork is all weird and puzzly - just like The Riddler himself.
