Back to Sweden where people drink incredible amounts of coffee and women inexplicably fall into bed with our intrepid reporter, Mikeal Blomkvist. I found the plotting and some of the characters in “The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet’s Nest" to be almost cartoonish and (as usual) there are side stories and unnecessary details that could have been left out. Despite all that, the book is another page turner and a fitting end to the Lisbeth Salander saga. Even stuck in a hospital bed for most of the book, Lisbeth still kicks ass. Everyone always, at their peril, underestimates her.

Rachel did you buy this?

Ruthiella No, borrowed from a work colleague. I can loan it to you after if you like. I will just have to ask Sandy.
