I really enjoyed this book. Gretchen had some great ideas as to how to make oneself happier. She is also very down to earth and realistic, which made me buy into the whole "Happiness Project" even more. The neat thing is is that I found that there were some things that she suggested or worked on that I was already doing. Some other things that I never thought of doing, but am now working on or considering working on. And other things that wouldn't work for me, but I could see how they could help others. She also has a blog which I would suggest adding to your RSS reader. I would highly recommend this book. Happy reading :)
