4 live on air stars

Tate "The Great" Grayson is a sport loving, commitment loathing radio show host. Initial impressions suggest he is a bullish rogue, who injects every conversation with a sports theme.

Noelle Butler has the radio show preceding Tate "The Great", where they discuss all things relationship based. Their phone in discussions are centred on the meaning of love and Dr Noelle dishes out advice to her wide fan base.

On the journey into the radio station one day, Tate finds himself calling into Dr Noelle's show following a preposterous piece of advice the infuriating psychologist had dished out. The resultant on air altercation leads to a rise in listening figures, peaking the controller's interest in moving forward.

The decision is made to join forces and overlap the two shows, attempting to capitalise on the dual hosts angry chemistry laden foreplay.

Jamie Wesley was a new author to me, and what a fun-tastic surprise her story was. Filled with humour, these contradictory characters commence their work forced relationship, and move towards an understanding of each other's psyche.

I enjoyed getting to know both Noelle and Tate, especially when initial impressions are proved completely off kilter. This was a delicious slow burn, followed by a fabulous mix of humour filled steam.
