Reading it changed my view of many things. If you feel drawn to it, you should read it, without any fear. If you feel like it's not the right moment for it, leave it for another day/time. It's the book that chooses you, not the other way around. I also recommend his other books on how regression works.

I call it "manual" because that's what it is: valuable instructions on how to handle your relationship to yourself, most importantly, and to the rest of the world, not only your man. I strongly recommend it to any woman out there who has ever felt something is missing or her relationships don't go the way she would like to.
