This time, we follow two champions, one a Marine and one a daughter of a BFL Champion (who is also a personal trainer. Gee. Guess she'll succeed with that sort of training.)
The stories are interesting, and the tips from other BLF Champions are helpful at times. But frankly, there's a point where the book seems like a giant EAS ad. In short, if you're interested in BFL, read the original BFL and Eating for Life books. ...more
