I'm not going to lie, I'm usually doubtful when a book is free on Amazon, but I have read this author before. Therefore, I knew I didn't have anything to fear. As a matter of fact, my only complaint is what can't all the books be free or part of the kindle unlimited collection. Now I have more books from this author I need to got into budget.
Warning, this book is not for everyone. If you react badly to an innocent virgin being kidnapped just weeks prior to her 21 birthday and taken to a sex slave experimental workshop. Just to be drugged into the perfect slave for the owner of said skin trade... then stay blissfully away. Because let's face it. These woman are fed a cocktail of drugs that make them not only complacent but turn them into mindless horny human fuck dolls for sick pervert males. Technically, it's rape because the woman are stolen and brainwashed into believing this is what they want.
Let's just hope Travis finds his spine before Jewels is broken. Better yet, daddy comes along side him to rain thunder down on these prices.

Although, I felt like I wanted more... more dimensions from the characters. More time with the brother's as siblings, more time with the mother. With that said I loved the fire that bloomed between these two.
I'm just glad to know that their story is not over yet. After all, Beckett has a ring but has not popped the question yet.
Can't wait to read what's in store for t next installment....more

As always II read this as title ad Beneath your Beautiful<\b>. Apparently, the author did some edits to the original publication of this book.
As always I have favorites when it come to the types of books I read. Series are one and add alpha males with romance and ding ding, you have a winner. Well usually, that is.
Something just didn't sit right with Elliot to me. He seemed as if in the future he could become an abuser. He was so quick to anger that it disturbed me. Elliott is definitely not my book boyfriend type.
Regardless, I enjoyed the story enough to stick with it so I could meet the other men of Steel Investigation. I plan on continuing with the second installment with edits titled All of Me.
Side Note: I have not read the book that this has been compared to. However, with several reviews boasting similarities and I did enjoy this, Rock Chick, if the title is correct will be a near future read.<\b>....more

Now add brother's to the mix and you have a series that I tend to go a bit Cray Cray for. However, just because it's brother series doesn't mean it any good. But, that's not the case for RUSH!
I was drawn into the tale of a woman desperate to escape her abusive mate. Who doesn't love a heroine strong enough to leave her abuse? What's more heroic, she was able to finally let down some of her guards and fall in love with a man who loves her for her.
This doesn't mean the road was smooth sailing. This relationship had its ups and downs. The road was obviously rocky as you have one hiding their past and another digging into it.
In the end these to loveable characters get their HEA. What's best is this is not the last we get to see of this couple, as the brother's stories continue seeking a HEA and lots of grandbabies babies for the mom of the super hot alpha males....more

The male lead Easton is not an alpha in any sort. He was just a guy wanting to play the game he loved. Lost and alone, clinging to the memories of an easy but hard child hood he finds love and comfort with is trainer Scout and the lines quickly become blurred.
Everyone Scout has ever loved has left her. She finds herself falling fast and hard for Easton but she doesn't have the time or the heart to spare. She has already lost her mother and brother, her father is dying, and she is trying e win the bid for the contract for the team. She can't risk falling for Easton only for him leave.
Just when Easton has fully recovered and convince Scout he is going nowhere. Scout opens her heart and let's him in. Together they find the strength to let the ghosts of the past rest and jump head first into a full blown love affair.
It's at this time when everything is perfect, the ball is dropped with one phone call.

It had bursting with laughter from the very beginning. It seems the old saying might be true, the children pay for the sins of the father.
Granted, I found a lot to laugh at however, there were some pretty "dramatic" moments. The connection these to shared even had me blurring the line of right and wrong.
Lucky this doesn't have a tragic end as "Forbidden" does. It seems there life is all rainbows compared. ...more

What is even better... each story maybe a duel that can be read as a stand alone, however, thus far it predecessor begs to be read before you begin this one. That I'm one lucky girl to do so.
It's my absolute favorite when authors build worlds giving side characters a chance to shine while still breathing life to the ones we have already fallen head over heels for. The best part... you can always revisit the previous books to keep the story fresh and fall a little harder each time.
I wasn't shocked to find Mia cast out to allow Drew and Courtney's love to blossom. I wasn't at all shock that Drew finally removes his rose color glasses when it comes to Mia and learns that she is the type of female that gives a real woman a bad name. What I was shocked about is how freaking unstable Mia is. Had Mia Ben a man and stalked a woman to an event and given unwanted touches, an arrest would have been made. It's not as if there was a shortage of cops that day. If one had been made maybe Mia and Drew wouldn't find themselves in the mess they are in now.
On that note, April 25, 2017, can't get here fast enough....more
