If you don't feel like you are stressed, you could be right or you could be suppressing the feelings of stress. For people like that, most of the book won't help but there is a great chance that a few of the ideas would work well.
There are questionnaires to help you determine how stressed you are and personally, all showed that I was not stressed at all except one. That section of the book made the most sense and hopefully, will help the most. ...more

Interesting book that talked about money (currency specifically) and how economies developed from debt rather than from barter. Seems like most civilization used common units of measure (cattle, slaves, coins, etc) as units of currency but did not trade in those units. For example, if you had a cow and someone else had a blanket you wanted, you would not give a fraction of the cow for the blanket, but you would "convert" the cow and the blankets to common units of measure (pecks of grain, etc) and go from there.
Makes you think about how common debt is and how odd it is when someone is without financial debt. Also, how important debt is when improving yourself through commerce....more
