Unfortunately, I found his generalizations to be as sweeping and irrational as the 'techno-cheerleaders' he accuses of promoting the 'Dumbest Generation'. Without going into great detail, those that agree with Bauerlein before they pick up his book are going to find arguments to complement their point of view; the rest of us - the techno-cheerleaders - will fail to be convinced. ...more
