This had so much going on, twists and turns, revelations and truth's come to light, that I did not see coming, with more WTF moments along the way, and yet the core of it was the developing relationship between Dev and Cash, their chemistry still off the charts, I was totally hooked to see how it would all play out, and would love to read more (maybe a novella type/Epilogue further into their lives?)

Piper and Donovan first meet at week long hockey camp when they are 18, and they have a connection, attraction and then it's over...move on a couple of years later and they are both attending Boston University, playing hockey, and once again they meet, although Piper's initially not wanting anything to do with Donovan, as a result of the past, and gives some attitude towards him but gradually they get a second chance as they both still have that connection from before.
I won't go into much more detail so as not to give spoilers, I will say that I liked that characters seen previously featured, there was again a good mix of sports detail along side their storyline, there were some funny moments and some emotional parts too.

The story flows along,with Brock having being left 'Guardian' to Ivy,the daughter of his oldest friend,who has passed away.Not expecting a fully grown woman to enter his life,he is shocked when she arrives on his doorstep,with an attitude to match her visual appearance.Add into the mix her best friend,Jude (who she had an intimate history) and Brock's relentless neighbor Marla,there are some quite amusing scenes,alongside the obvious attraction between both leads,which inevitably ends in some very HOT action,after all that is the whole point of this story! and a little drama before a HEA. OMG! Right from the start I was hooked into this story,(I was going into this without having read the previous books~ which have since been added to my TBR), the blurb gives enough away, so all I'll say is that it's got some suspense, twists and turns that some of which had me going WTF! Dev and Cash's relationship is H.O.T. and can't wait for the next part!

The blurb says enough as to the concept, so all I will say is that from start to finish I was hooked into Bradford and Kristen's story, their first meet taking place when she's 20/he's 24, and as the years pass, it's a case of bad timing, as neither will act on the obvious attraction, as there are significant others, but nearly a decade later things change. Told in DUAL POV's, I really enjoyed the build up, and with characters seen previously popping up, along side the introduction to the other Black brothers, its a fine set up for more to come. There was some emotional moments, drama, witty banter, sizzling chemistry, and an epic love, so much so that I have yet another new favourite couple to add to the list of characters Nina's created~ and I look forward to the next in the series.

Mariko (22) and Ace's (35) story was another enjoyable addition to the series, yet is easily followed as a standalone. Told in DUAL POV's, with a good mix of LOL moments, their relationship developed gradually, and the storyline also touched on a serious side to a sports condition, without giving too much away, it's another well written, with great attention to detail story that I got fully invested in right from start to finish.

Nina's contribution to this anthology features her latest couple ~Owen and Charlize North, and it certainly was as enjoyable as their full on story, with as many LOL moments right from the start. It's only 6 chapters, making it a quick read, and it's all about the lead up to their wedding, without giving much away, if you've read their story, it's an absolute treat, and if not, then I would say it would spark interest in how they came to be!

As the blurb states, 15 years has passed since Lynch (who featured in Bk1) and Whitney were together, and having to return to his hometown, their reconnection comes alongside other elements to the plotline, which made it one crazy, fast paced, with LOL moments, mixed in with some suspense tale! Not to give much away as to how it all unfolds, it's DUAL POV's, and the addition of new characters, who could be potential future stories, it was an entertaining read!
