I have personally experienced sudarshan kriya. I still remember the first time I did the same, i cried like a baby...yes tears rolled down like a running tap. And all this from just a simple kriya. And i had never felt that light as i did post. My life changed forever.
I'm glad that this book has nudged me to get to this again regularly...everyone should read this book so that we can all breathe right....more

The examples are all testosterone filled organizations - Navy Seals, Sports teams and the likes…whereas some diversity both from more women leaders, international leaders would have made this more fun and insightful. The concepts (Safety, Vulnerability and Purpose) were obvious but I did enjoy the examples and stories. I think story telling is very underrated and here the author does do a good job. I think this might be very useful for entry level leaders or others who arent getting the maximum from their teams.

A phenomenal book that I am sure I will go to again and again. I actually heard this as an audio book and every chapter blew my mind.
