SHOULDER SEASON truly transported me to a different time and place—the playboy resort of 1981 Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, and environs. I enjoyed seeing Sherri’s exploration and evolution as she morphed from small town girl to Playboy bunny to independent woman. My mom loved this book also, which I consider very high praise indeed!
