I adore marriage of convenience stories and this one now holds a special place in my heart. The slow burn build up to Wyatt and Fredricka's love story was SO worth the wait. These two needed to not only get to know each other but they needed to get of each others way and let things progress naturally. The children were the cherry on the top of this delicious confection, especially Bella. I laughed each time she referred to Wyatt as "Uncle Your Grace". OMGness, how adorable!
I am SO looking forward to see Wyatt's friends, Hurst & Rick, find their own happily ever afters....more

The dynamic between Dallas and Romeo is much like her previous characters, but the author managed added another layer that was refreshing and sparked new interest. OMG, the amount of pop culture references alone had me LOL’ing with this one. By far the best friendship/romance stories I've read in sometime. And yes, I said friendship/romance because the friendship between Zach, Oliver and Romeo should not be overlooked.
Sadly now after having read this book, I fear can never ride public transit and read an LJ Shen book again. I swear someone was about to call social services on the crazy laughing lady aka ME. Fantastic story. I’m so in love with Romeo & Dallas❤️.
Can someone give Oliver Frankie's number? I want their story next! Its gonna happen. You'll see *wink*...more

OMFG, but the combination/connection between Echo & Reign was not only scorching hot, but written in the stars! This boy - at the tender age of 15 - knew he'd found his soulmate in a young, precocious 12 yr old child. He was in awe of her radiance and ability to see him. He knew her value and that he would wish better for her? With someone other than him - I wanted to shake this boy. Make him see reason! Nothing is better than you Reign - NOTHING. And deep down, thru all the pain, suffering, and mixed messages, Echo knew that to be true as well.
I adored this book. We got to see the old gang back together and it was great catching up with them. We got to see more of Tempest and Ledger and I for one cannot wait to read their story. ...more

This book was not what I expected and I’m left with questions. The big reveal left me with a flat feel. I saw the crazy on the wall and it didn’t shock me, it’s just the way it came about/out that has me scratching my head. It just felt too much happened too fast with those last chapters.
All in all, I enjoyed reading this book and it’s conclusion. Finally, amidst the pain and devastation from the last book, a happy ending was achieved. But what’s up with Bree? My girl needs her story to be told. There’s something brewing there …...more
