I liked him too. These two have more than just an age gap to deal with. They also have the issue that Nick's son is Layla's ex and current friend. He's emotions are all over the place as he tries to figure himself out, and I loved that. He's not perfect and has to work through things. I loved Lars too. He took a big leap and left Sweden for Win and safety. He has a lot going on and has his own things to deal with. One thing that never wavers is Lars and Win's connection and chemistry. They have many obstacles to overcome like Lala being engaged, and to Holden, she is his best friend's sister and should be off limits. I loved to see these two grow in the story. What should have been a fun trip takes a bad turn. First, there's a wrong turn, then flat tires, and a sniper shooting them. This one is action-packed. Someone in the RV is keeping a secret, and the sniper wants that secret. More than one person in the RV is keeping a secret, which was very interesting. The story is broken into hours, going from 10 pm to 6 am, and I loved that setup. The only complaint I had was the ending left me still wanting more. Theo likes her and she has a crush on Theo but he's waiting for the right to time to start something with her. Lola is currently have a rough go with things and it's time for Theo to let her know where he stands. I loved these two together. They are perfect and they are both what each other need.

I liked her. She just wants something that she is perfect at. Her goal is to win the game, and she's done a lot of research on classmates. So as students started to die, I tried to figure out who the murderer was. I guessed wrong, but that didn't get away from me loving the story.
