A very honest and 'vulnerable' piece with excellent writing... though the real title should not be "how not to be wrong" but rather "how not to be arrogant [even when you're right and the other is wrong]". He often seems to go from one end of the spectrum to the other in the name of 'being wrong' while all he could have done is approach the other person with more empathy but not necessarily change his own mind. In any case, a worthy and powerful book I highly recommend.
