Fast-Paced. Passionate. Gritty. Action-Packed.
I loved this story of enemies to lovers. Nate, a human made into a demon to save his life, and Ely a Guardian Angel, who kills demons. Nate is an assassin, a warrior and drop-dead gorgeous. Ely is also a very lethal guardian, and a beautiful angel. When Nate and Ely first meet, there is an attraction, but sparks fly, and not in a good way ~ at first...
There were many unexpected twists and turns, surprising me, as do all of Georgia's Books. She knows how to capture her readers.
I look forward to Georgia Lyn Hunters next installment!...more

The author, Jennifer Hillier held nothing back, painting a horrific picture of murder, death, and the main characters stint in prison. The enticing narrator had me on page one, and while the story was alarming, I couldn't put it down. Every blunt detail crawled under my skin and grabbed me.
I've read many reviews, and disagree with those readers complaining about the rushed ending. It was excellent. I couldn't have written a better ending, which through all the trauma, I could breathe again, and found a smile on my face. ...more

Warlord's Storm is the 3rd installment of this Empyrea series and the main character, Northaen is hell bent on saving his realm. Kalasder is weakening, and he is on the hunt for a woman with magical blood. Kataya has been on an emotional roller coaster ride for years, and the last thing she desires is to become involved with the hulking and intimidating North.
I have fallen for all of the Guardians and Warlords, who could ever pick just one. This Warlord, Northaen is extremely exquisite. A plot full of intrigue, action-packed, and fast paced which will leave you breathless. Not to mention those romantic scenes that will knock your socks off.

When theyIt had been a while since I read book 3, The Medallion, and when I began reading The Prophecy, I was a bit confused with all the characters. When they fell into place, I was able to enjoy the story. I really liked the short chapters, which had me racing through to read what happens next. Each chapter was a series of action-packed events that eventually leads the reader to the climatic ending.
I wonder if the author has another installment in the works because Kristina is growing up, and I was left hanging about two boys, both of which I adored.
