exactly my thoughts... and to think that book 9 will probably come out in... 2019? patience is a virtue =)
I really had to add my support to the previous statements. The best things in life are earned...in this instance, with a little patience, you will receive the final book of a classic series. Love the creative voice of Deborah Harkness.
Amen and Amen! Yep, Melissa we have been waiting 6 years since the last Outlander book was released. Both stories will be worth every single day of waiting knowing that it will be written and published as close to perfection as you can get. :-)

do these cranky little whiners realize they can read the first chapter on her website now??? geez. I for one, love Deb's writing and I pray she writes more after All Souls!!!
And let's not forget that Deb has a rather demanding day job as a professor on top of keeping all of us plied with books in her spare time! If only George RR Martin wrote this quickly!
I totally agree with you all. It really is worth the wait. I have re-read the 2 books countless times!
We're just about a week away and I'm still excited about this book. Amazing how that works!
