AH Nice review. I loved this book and I was holding off reviewing because I was afraid of spoilers.

Giselle Thanks, guys! And yeah I wasn't even planning on reviewing I quickly wrote my rambling thoughts after I read it and it pretty much became a review haha. It's one that's hard to talk about though everything is a spoiler it seems!

Saoirse I totally get how you feel right now! Whenever I tried to make a sensible review of the book, I keep thinking of the stuffs that are not meant to be mentioned because of the spoilers. The spoilers, man. And it just makes it so hard! The ending was totally not what I expected and I think it made the book whole and completely great. I loved this book as well. Great review, Giselle! :)

Hannah Wilborn This book was like whoa. There were so many elements to this book that just came together at the end to make this one epic ending and tbh, it was fire. This book was really interesting that is was written almost like poetry in some places and there were the interjections of the fairy-tales that gave it that unique quality. It was a fantastic and emotional and amazing and ahhhh so good! I will never read it again, but it is one of my favorites of the year.

Robin Zhang The book messed with my mind even after I finished it, and re-read it, and re-read it again. I still haven't fully appreciated how twisted the plot it and how wonderfully built E. Lockhart made the story.

Amandha Baptista Hello!
First of all, I'd like to introduce myself. I'm Amandha Baptista and I work for Editora Moderna, here in Brazil. Moderna is part of the Spanish Group Prisa.
We publish educational books and textbooks, and our material are very well recognized and accepted in public and private schools throughout Brazil.
Right now we are working in a book named Access, and to enrich even more our material we'd like to use the following text:
We Were Liars is an incredible, heartbreaking read that really messes with your mind until the very end. The writing, while not for everyone I’m sure, had me mesmerized. It’s so different and poetic and full of carefully crafted imagery. It’s a writing style that’s really out of the box, you’ll either love it or hate it. Me, I was thoroughly compelled.
The plot itself is one you can’t talk about or read about as you’re bound to find out spoilers. […] My advice: go into this with zero expectations and you might find yourself as enthralled as I was! Although it’s a twist I have seen before in different variations (and thus I wasn’t completely caught off guard by the ending), it never fails to give me goosebumps and sting at my poor heart.
The cast is large, and the dark, twisted fairy-tale-like quality is ever-present inside this tale revolving around greed, power, and material things. […] It did take me a bit to get all the characters and different disaccords in order – the cryptic, [mind-boggling] nature of this plot and writing makes it hard to make sense of what’s being conveyed at times, but this is clearly purposeful and I ended up impressed by its cleverness.
But anyways, this review has to stay short because, la la la – no spoilers – it’s that kind of read. […] In any case – 4 stars all the way!
Available at www.goodreads.com/review/show/791732342
The text will be used in the printed, digital and CD version of the book.
As you can see it is a very modern and dynamic project that is making learn much more fun.
So, we'd like to know how should we procedure to get the authorization to use it.
Best wishes,
Amandha
