Hi Shreerang, I think the point of the author was to open your eyes on the importance of looking out for "purple cowing" your business. I hope you've had some luck with that since you posted your review :)
From seth Godin's point of view, you have fallen in the trap of indusfrialist man.
An industrkalist man is someone who belongs to the past and is looking for instructions.
Bad news : there is no instruction out there. And by the way what kind of purple cow is it if it has an instruction that anybody could follow?
Good news : now you know the principles, you can define your own laws and make your own version of purple cow.
Probably you'll fail many time but if you resist and refine your work, someday we will enjoy your work.
That is what matters.
If there was such a formula, we’d all be rich and happy. But is that the case in reality? What will happen if all the cows were purple?
