Boo. I almost bought this at the bookstore yesterday. Not I think I will buy the Kindle version and save some cash. I still want to read it but I am definitely more hesitant. That cover is awesome in person though.

Christina (A Reader of Fictions) I just read this and SO MUCH AGREEMENT on how unfortunate Mirabella is. There was far too much harping on how incredibly nasty she was for her to make any sort of pleasant sidekick. I kept expecting Mirabella to learn something about herself, to embrace her rat-ness and stop in her pathetic attempts to mimic humans...but she didn't. She just kept being a horrendous mockery, and, good friend that she was, Liza didn't say a thing about it. *headdesk*
