Jay Thanks for this. I’m struggling to get traction on this book (I have difficulty with Kindle books). With my adult-onset (I probably always had it) ADD, this is a book I need to finish.

I get that, I only enjoy kindle books because its easier to lay around and read on a kindle than it is to with a physical book ha ha.

I'm not sure if the book will be that helpful with ADD but have you tried therapy around learning skills to manage attention? There's a few therapy paradigms around behavioral therapy and mindfulness that seem to have good evidence for helping make concentration easier for people with ADD.
