Sounds like the later books in the series. Take 2-3 chapters to describe a sex scene coupled with a chapter of Anita freaking out about something that was resolved in a previous book.
Oh brother I know what you mean. The tedious descriptions of everything from what they are wearing, to the hair lengths, what body part goes where and when. And how much it appears that Anita like a bit of pain. How she is so unattractive compared to all and I mean ALL of the guys in her life. Ugh.
Talk it to death, that is Laurell's newest motto!
Laughs- Dianne like the way you've saved fan of the Ugh scenes from your own expense..perhaps a lesson for some of us to learn in hopes the stories pick up again..in a positive atmosphere whatever it might be. : )
