Brannon Hollingsworth Usually, it describes fiction where the majority of what happens could occur in the real world, but there's some element that's just not explainable or scientifically possible. :) Here's a link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Speculat...

TJ Thanks, Brannon! As you can tell, I received the book! I can't wait to get started on it - it may be a week or two, however, I have a few that have to get read first. :)

That was a not quite sure what to think hmmm. :) My first thought after reading the synopsis was, "but does she bathe?" (sorry, can't help myself - no disrespect intended.)

Like TJ, I wasn't sure what "speculative fiction" was either, and it sounds a bit outside of what she (or I, for that matter) usually reads.

I'll be watching for your review of this one, Tam. (And congrats on the book, Brannon) :)

Brannon Hollingsworth Thanks, Tammy, I appreciate it! I'm also looking forward to what TJ has to say. And I won't spoil it for you and tell you if she bathes or not. :P

Tammy Walton Grant Great review, TJ -- now I'm sort of intrigued. :)

Brannon, my hmmm has moved from a "not quite sure what to think" to "maybe I should read this and see what's what" hmmmm.
