C. So you know, if you're using a mobile device to check Goodreads, you can get Goodreads from the web instead of an application. That way, you will see messages on your profile. :)

Charlotte May Could you not just drop me a message? Or comment elsewhere?

C. I thought you might not know about logging into the internet. It's a way for all of Goodreads to work for your mobile device. I left a birthday message at your profile. :) Yes, no trouble remembering your preference. However with a popular lady like you, comments under book discussions float away and are hard to find.

I don't press the notification button because people comment besides me and I wish I could receive notfications, only for replies to me. There you have it but I do chat around books most of the time. E-mail is another option (as per my profile, my internet is too slow to deal with Goodreads mailboxes, please). I'm at RonCar(at)Prairie(dot)ca. Xoxo!

Charlotte May Not at all, thank you for the tip 😊 I know what you mean about the notifications thing - it’s really annoying when they aren’t relevant to you. My email is 😊xx

C. I have noted it and it is nice to have, my English friend! We'll talk more about where you live and how I *have* been to England and Scotland. :-)

Jamie (ReadsinTrees) Dacyczyn If you enjoyed this book, I recommend "The Thief" followed by "The Queen of Attolia" by Megan Whalen Turner.

Fares Great review Charlotte, I'm glad you enjoyed your time with this book.
I remember that Locke came out really cold and almost emotionless to me sometimes, did you get that feeling?

message 14: by Charlotte (new)

Charlotte May Thanks Jamie 😊 I’ll look into those ones 😊

message 15: by Charlotte (new)

Charlotte May @Fares: yes I know what you mean! He could be very cold, particularly when it involves his friends being hurt/revenge
