India Birds are honestly one of my biggest fears. Seagulls, pigeons, chickens, any of them. Even the little ones people keep as pets. I just can't do it. Ick.

Larissa "To sum up, I thought at first that the format of the story would interfere with getting completely pulled in, but I needn't have worried— this book was the definition of unputdownable. It truly didn't take long for me to realize how much I missed reading about Harry Potter and his magical surroundings. Hogwarts will always be like home. And now... I'm getting tearful just thinking about what an impact it made on me, as both the reader and person I am today." All of this! All of it!

message 9: by Richard (new)

Richard Harry needs psychotherapy. A lot of people are orphaned and raised by their aunt and uncle. Dorothy Gale was a wonderful child. Harry's fixation on his dead parents is almost as bad as Snape's fixation on Lilly.

Toni • Reviews & Randomness Finally someone who "gets" it. I've seen so many people diss this simply because of the format or because they wrongly assume that JK Rowling didn't write it. It's nice to see someone else who likes it and doesn't think it feels like fan fiction

CrimsonBird345 I totally agree with you. Lol

message 14: by Celeste (new)

Celeste Thank you! I suck at writing reviews and you said so many things I wanted to say. The play format, to me, felt like reading a graphic novel. I could picture it so well in my head and it was beautiful.

Afrika Huruman Loved this review!! Im wary to dip my toe in this book because of what I saw on twitters. Now seeing your review I think it's confirmed. The legend is true : Albus+Scorpius : THE QUEERBAITING OF THE CENTURY.

Dana Thank you so much. This is a beautiful recap of the best of this play, something I feel some fans are far too eager to overlook. <3
