Erin Clemence Great review, Melissa! I have been wanting to read this one forever! (I skimmed your review to avoid any spoilers-- sorry!)

Melissa ♥ Dog/Wolf Lover ♥ Martin Thank you, Erin! I hope you like it :-) I have wanted to read it forever and then BookOutlet had if for cheap and I ordered it :-) Some things did shock me a little but it was really neat to read them in a different light so to speak :-)

Oh! Don't get me started on the Book Outlet! I might as well work for them the amount of time I am there....(it would certainly help the wallet if I could paid in books)

Melissa ♥ Dog/Wolf Lover ♥ Martin OMG! I know! I bought a few books from them the other day. And I just got a shipment in the other day too. Um, yeah. When I have more money I get big shipments. I keep telling myself not to go there for awhile but then I might miss out on some awesome, hardback! They rock! :-)

We should both work for them and get free books! :-)

Christine Zibas I love P&P...who doesn't, so this really appeals. Oh, so many books, so little time. Great review.

Melissa ♥ Dog/Wolf Lover ♥ Martin Thank you, Christine :-) It's not for everyone from all of the reviews but I thought it was good. But it will never compare to the real book :-)

There will never be enough time :-/

Rebecca (agirlirlblog, bekkilyn) P&P is one of my favorite books, though it's been quite some time since I last read it. This "modern" version sounds very intriguing!

Melissa ♥ Dog/Wolf Lover ♥ Martin You will either love it or hate it. It's nowhere near as good as the real book but it's still good for what it is and I loved the feeling of being with the Bennet's in a different setting :-)

PorshaJo Nice review! Though not for me. I love the original P&P and tried the P&P and zombies book and hated it. Just don't think there is a need to do this....but I understand the appeal also.

Melissa ♥ Dog/Wolf Lover ♥ Martin Thanks hon and I certainly understand :-)

Alexandra I really enjoyed this modern retelling too. Just found it taking place in Cincinatti weird. I would picture Darcy being in New York, Boston, or Philadelphia based on his English personality in the original.

Melissa ♥ Dog/Wolf Lover ♥ Martin I know me too :-)
