Travelin Interesting. His hierarchy gets a lot of ink, but this holistic approach sounds less structured.

The key message Maslow highlights is : Even immerged in the outside world you can still be yourselves.
So to come back to your lunch break (which was necessary obviously), ignoring all the noise around you is necessary if you want to have a relaxing lunch :) Thanks for your comment, Karen

It is structured, indeed. Probably not enough through my review :) Actually I think Maslow is the only to have really understood the creativity. I personnaly find Jung and Maslow books very enriching.
