It's not supposed to be satire.
The author literally says “I am a troll” in the last chapter.
That's to make Voldemort seem what is her idea of stupid. My idea of stupid is rewriting a brilliant book really terribly and taking out everything that made it good. For example the interesting characters and the important lessons.
Well... I'm still undecided. I think it could be either way.
Loved this <3 some people really don’t know what a joke is when it hits them in the face.
