Mia (Parentheses Enthusiast) I'm so glad you liked it! Johannesburg Cabal the Necromancer is even better. It has that same wit and wonderful absurdity, and a lot of heart too. Also, Johannes' brother, Horst, is the best :)

Mia (Parentheses Enthusiast) *Johannes (oh, autocorrect)

Jonnie I should get around to reading some more Tor. I really like the punchy, strange plots and characters that most Tor authors seem to do so well in so little pages! Like this one sounds awesome :)

I am definitely keeping my eye out for these novels. I know I will love them! I really did keep picturing Christoph Waltz as Cabal. And Christina Hendricks as Zerenyia:)

Mia (Parentheses Enthusiast) Your actors of choice are totally spot-on, Jess!

BTW the blurb for the first novel reminds me sooooooo much of The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus. Is that just a coincidence?
