Nathan Huff I'm reading this right now and was genuinely curious if anybody else had mentioned this. Usually, I don't look at reviews before I'm done with my thoughts, but I just had to know. Glad, I'm not the only one that doesn't like the novel. I agree that Mack is one of the most annoying dudebro characters I've had to put up with in recent memory. The women are one dimensional and are clichéd just as you mentioned. The book feels like a waste of an interesting premise. I'm not done, and I hope it gets better, but your review seems like I'm doomed. Also, the amount of swearing in this book is absolutely ridiculous and that comes from someone that loves Pulp Fiction.
