PERFECT review. Im just waiting for the Gallowglass spin off.
The love scenes made me cringe. You are so right on. That said, I still enjoyed reading these books, it was fun, but not anything I want to buy or read again.
I enjoyed the books but you're right, the love scenes were Harlequin Romance and it was like an upscale Twilight with interesting historical facts thrown in!
LOL at "Twilight written by a college professor"
