“ﻓﺈﻥ ﻛﻔﻠﺖ ﻟﻠﻔﺮﺩ ﺿﺮﻭﺭﺍﺗﻪ ﺛﻢ ﻣﺪ ﺑﻌﺪ ﺫﻟﻚ ﻳﺪﻩ٬ ﻣﺤﺼﺖ ﺣﺎﻟﺘﻪ ﺟﻴﺪﺍ ﻗﺒﻞ ﺇﻳﻘﺎﻉ ﺍﻟﻌﻘﻮﺑﺔ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ٬ ﻓﻠﻌﻞ ﻫﻨﺎﻙﺷﺒﻬﺔ ﺗﺜﺒﺖ ﺃﻥ ﻓﻴﻪ ﻋﺮﻗﺎ ﻳﻨﺒﺾ ﺑﺎﻟﺨﻴﺮ٬ ﻭﺍﻹﺑﻄﺎء ﻓﻰ ﺍﻟﻌﻘﺎﺏ ﻣﻄﻠﻮﺏ ﺩﻳﻨﺎ٬ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺣﺪ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻘﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﺮﺳﻮﻝ ـ ﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﷲ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ ـ : ”ﺇﻥ ﺍﻹﻣﺎﻡ ﻷﻥ ﻳﺨﻄﻰء ﻓﻰ ﺍﻟﻌﻔﻮ ﺧﻴﺮ ﻣﻦ ﺃﻥ ﻳﺨﻄﻰء ﻓﻰ ﺍﻟﻌﻘﺎﺏ".”
ﻓﺈﺫﺍ ﺗﺒﻴﻦ ﻣﻦ ﺗﺘﺒﻴﻊ ﺃﺣﻮﺍﻝ ﺍﻟﺸﺨﺺ ﺃﻥ ﻓﻄﺮﺗﻪ ﺍﻟْﺘَﺎﺛَﺖْ ٬ ﻭﺃﻧﻪ ﺃﺻﺒﺢ ﻣﺼﺪﺭ ﻋﺪﻭﺍﻥ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺒﻴﺌﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﻰ ﻛﻠﻔﺘﻪ ﻭﺁﻭﺗﻪ٬ ﻭﺃﻧﻪ ﻗﺒﺎﻝ ﻋﻄﻔﻬﺎ ﻭﻋﻨﺎﻳﺘﻬﺎ٬ ﺑﺘﻌﻜﻴﺮ ﺻﻔﻮﻫﺎ ﻭﺇﻗﻼﻕ ﺃﻣﻨﻬﺎ٬ ﻓﻼ ﻣﻼﻡ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﺒﻴﺌﺔ ﺇﺫﺍ ﺣﺪﺕ ﻣﻦ ﻋﺪﻭﺍﻥ ﺃﺣﺪ ﺃﻓﺮﺍﺩﻫﺎ٬ ﻓﻜﺴﺮﺕ ﺍﻟﺴﻼﺡ ﺍﻟﺬﻯ ﻳﺆﺫﻯ ﺑﻪ ﻏﻴﺮﻩ.
ﻭﻗﺪ ﻭﺻﻒ ﺍﻟﻘﺮﺁﻥ ﺍﻟﻠﺼﻮﺻﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﻰ ﺗﺴﺘﺤﻖ ﻗﻄﻊ ﺍﻟﻴﺪ٬ ﺑﺄﻧﻬﺎ ﻟﺼﻮﺻﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﻈﻠﻢ ﻭﺍﻹﻓﺴﺎﺩ٬ ﻭﻗﺎﻝ ﻓﻰ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﺴﺎﺭﻕ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺎﻗﺐ: ”ﻓﻤﻦ ﺗﺎﺏ ﻣﻦ ﺑﻌﺪ ﻇﻠﻤﻪ ﻭﺃﺻﻠﺢ ﻓﺈﻥ ﺍﷲ ﻳﺘﻮﺏ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﺇﻥ ﺍﷲ ﻏﻔﻮﺭ ﺭﺣﻴﻢ“.”
