A tough question, I expect, but... if you get a chance to suggest one book to a reader, without knowing their reading preferences, which of your books is the one you press into their hands as a way of getting to know your work?

Thank you for your question. It would have to be my short story collection "One More Chance." The reason is because I believe everyone may find something of themselves or those they love in my "slice-of-life" stories. The format of a short story collection also lets the reader pick and choose what and when to read, much like a magazine, without having to block off much time to read them as with most chapter books. Some of the stories are very, very short because they just worked out that way. I think anyone who reads them would have a good eye into my writing mind.
