Is this as good as Ruined? Because I loved that book so much, and I can't find anything as good.

McCall Schlosser I actually live in New Orleans!!!! and I wish that Dark Souls would take place in New Orleans instead of England that would make the book so much better.
Catherine I liked Dark Souls better than Ruined, but I also liked Ruined.
juliet Another idea to read that's close to Ruined, is the second book in the Ruined series, Unbroken.
Dark Souls also has to do with ghosts, but the setting is York, England.
Unbroken still has to do with the characters in Ruined, Rebecca, Anton, Toby Sutton, a little bit of Marianne, aunt Claudia, (she's not in this one as much though,) Aurelia, (Relia) and this time with Rebecca's BFF Ling, and a guy named Paul.
It also has to do with ghosts, but not Lisette. (obviously)
That's all i'm saying about Unbroken, because i don't wanna ruin it for you. It would be "Ruined". See what I did there?
Yea....bad joke. xD
But anyways, Dark Souls is still an amazing book, and i still suggest you read it, but don't expect Rebecca and Anton in it. :)
Sue I prefer the Ruined Series myself. The setting of New Orleans interests me so much more. Nevertheless, Dark Souls is still a good book. Happy Reading!
