Thrice means three times (?) what does Brinded mean?

George These days, it doesn't mean much, but it used to mean what Nicole says. The Oxford English Dictionary marks it "arch." for 'archaic': "No longer in common use, though still retained either by individuals, or generally, for special purposes, poetical, liturgical, etc."

The title's a quote from Shakespear's Macbeth IV.i.
