Goodreads asked Susan Pogorzelski:

What’s your advice for aspiring writers?

Susan Pogorzelski Keep writing. It's so easy to stop because you're afraid of failing, because you feel like you're not [blank] enough, because you have a day job and not enough time... because times infinity. But don't ever stop. The only person who has to keep believing in you and your writing is you. If you have a story to tell, then tell it in the best way you know how.

If the story is what drives you, write on. If the characters are what inspire you, write on. If you can't breathe without the words and can't live a single moment without an innate desire to explore and question and wonder...

Write on.
