Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Wesley Britton The original idea came from the question--what would happen to an ordinary man pulled to an alternate earth where he's blinded and has no idea of anything he hears? A man who understands no one or anything he encounters? How can such a man take on the challenge of creating a new life under these conditions? That's just the beginning. To keep an epic going, there has to be struggle after struggle, pressure after pressure, conflict after conflict. I hope I met that challenge myself . . .
